Starting Rate: $18.84 per hour - $19.91 per hour, this is dependent on the position.We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. What you will be doing: Reporting structure is dependent on the position, such as the Golf Operations Assistant Manager, Golf Group & Revenue Manager or Golf Operations Manager.Each position has specific job duties and qualifications that will be discussed with successful applicants during the interview process. Retail Attendant - provides exceptional guest service while managing daily golf shop operations, including check-ins, retail sales, and rentals. They ensure the shop is well-organized, accurately process transactions, and support an outstanding guest experience through product knowledge and attention to detail.Golf Ambassador- ensures every guest and member enjoys a seamless, memorable golf experience through warm welcomes, personalized service, and expert course knowledge. They manage the first tee and on-course flow, providing guidance, maintaining pace of play, and delivering exceptional hospitality throughout the round.Guest Services Attendant - creates a welcoming and seamless start to each golfer’s experience by greeting guests, assisting with check-in, and providing equipment and course orientation. They ensure all facilities, carts, and practice areas are clean, organized, and ready, delivering friendly and attentive service throughout the guest’s visit. Cart/Range Attendant - supports daily golf operations by maintaining the cart fleet, driving range, and departure areas in top condition. They ensure carts and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for guests while delivering friendly, efficient service throughout the guest’s golf experience.Reservation Agent -provides exceptional service by assisting guests with tee time bookings, inquiries, and modifications while maximizing course occupancy.
