ADP is hiring a TLM Consultant.
In this role, you as a TLM Consultant are responsible to resolve software and
hardware questions for clients using Time and Labor Management products. Provide
solutions to meet client needs to automate the output of time and attendance
calculations for payroll production.
The TLM Consultant configures and optimizes the Time and Labor Management
interfaces and serves as an expert within the Time and Attendance domain.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

Bilingual French & English

Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service

Aptitude to learn new software applications

Fundamental understanding of (hardware, networks, routers, switches, IP
addresses)

Basic technical knowledge or experience in a technical field

Post-secondary diploma or equivalent

Excellent organization, prioritization skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent soft skills

Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Experience in (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance) is considered and asset

Ability to work in a team environment
*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the
English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and

Qualifications
Experience you'll need: Required Qualifications
- At least one year in a customer service environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- A strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as an HR/HRIS
practitioner with systems experience.
Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to produce positive results.
- Up to one year of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience
as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment
while demonstrating high ethical standards.
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills,
including sophisticated Human Capital Management areas (HR, Payroll, Tax,
etc.) and software-related information in both a classroom and in a hands-on
environment.
- The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations.
- Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the
client and ADP.
- Demonstrated organizational skills like the ability to multi-task, set
priorities, and follow up promptly.
- Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various
operating systems.
- The ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently while
making sound decisions.
- Good knowledge of industry tools.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
