What we offer!
Starting wage of $23.60/hour,
Night shift premium of $1.50/hour (so starting wage is $25.10/hour!)
Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours, meaning 4 bonus hours included.

Job Description
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Montréal-Est, Quebec, from Friday to Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM. As a Loader Operator, you will carry out various material loading and handling tasks requiring the use of your machine. You will also perform weigh-ins of materials entering and leaving the yard.
What you’re responsible for:
Operate a loader safely and efficiently;
Load and unload raw materials in the different departments;
Complete and provide weight reports to the relevant personnel;
Notify the supervisor of any material non-conformities;
Inspect machinery at the beginning and end of the shift;
Feed the production line;
Ensure machinery is functioning properly and report any anomalies to your immediate supervisor;
Complete a daily activity report;
Perform any other related tasks.
Qualifications
To join our team:
You have a DEP in heavy machinery or 1 to 3 years of experience operating a heavy equipment.
You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
You are conscientious about health and safety.
You have the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
You have good communication skills.
You are able to work effectively as part of a team.
You have knowledge of metals (asset).
