Imperial Dade Canada, leading national distributor, has a job open in Mississauga. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Analyst to maintain, optimize, and secure our organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Aruba and SonicWall hardware, strong troubleshooting skills, and a deep understanding of network security and communication protocols. This role requires initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the IT team.

Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Aruba switches, access points, controllers, and wireless networks.
- Manage and optimize SonicWall firewall configurations, including VPNs, content filtering, and security policies.
- Monitor network performance and availability using tools such as Aruba Central or other network monitoring platforms.
- Identify and resolve connectivity, latency, and performance issues across LAN/WAN environments.
- Implement and enforce network security policies, VLAN configurations, and access controls.
- Support and maintain site-to-site and remote access VPNs.
- Collaborate with system administrators and security teams on infrastructure improvements and incident response.
- Participate in capacity planning, equipment lifecycle management, and network documentation updates.
- Assist in the design and rollout of new network infrastructure and technology upgrades.
- Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in networking and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in network administration or network operations required.
- Strong knowledge of Aruba networking products (switching, wireless, Central) and SonicWall firewalls.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.
- Solid grasp of network and cybersecurity fundamentals (IDS/IPS, segmentation, encryption, authentication).
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot complex network issues independently.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills required.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Aruba Certified Professional (ACP), or SonicWall Network Security Administrator (SNSA), preferred.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Aruba Central), preferred.
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid environments and secure remote access configurations, preferred.
