Effectuer les vérifications nécessaires, comme la vérification d’identité et de l’admissibilité ou des licences. Surveiller les candidates et candidats pendant les examens en circulant régulièrement pour assurer la sécurité de l’environnement. Enregistrer l’entrée et la sortie des candidates et candidats de la salle d’examen. Rédiger et soumettre des rapports sur les irrégularités ou les plaintes. Assurer la sécurité des lieux en utilisant correctement les systèmes de verrouillage et de sécurité. Utiliser le matériel informatique et les autres équipements du centre. Soutenir le personnel technique et opérationnel avec les communications de données. Utiliser un DVR, un appareil photo numérique, un système téléphonique et un système d’alarme, au besoin. Maintenir la propreté des locaux. Assurer un environnement de travail sécuritaire et signaler de manière proactive tout problème de santé et de sécurité. Réussir les examens d’accréditation et participer aux formations obligatoires. Successful completion of all required TCA accreditations is mandatory. The ideal candidate is culturally sensitive and treats everyone with respect. Key qualities include maturity, reliability, attention to detail, conscientiousness, and punctuality. Training will be provided to successful candidates The number of working hours is a maximum of 24 hours per week, depending on the needs, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., depending on the activity Responsibilities Welcome test candidates and visitors to the Testing Centre. Conduct security and verification checks, including ID verification and confirming eligibility or license entitlement. Monitor candidates during tests by performing regular walkthroughs to ensure a secure environment. Sign candidates in and out of the testing room. Prepare and submit reports on irregularities or complaints. Maintain security by ensuring proper use of locks and security systems. Operate computer hardware and other Testing Centre equipment. Assist operations and technical staff with data communications. Operate devices such as DVRs, digital cameras, telephone systems, and alarm systems as needed. Maintain the cleanliness of the Testing Centre Promote a safe work environment and proactively report health and safety concerns. Complete TCA accreditation exams and attend required training sessions.
