Responsibilities:
Perform regular HVAC mechanic duties and tasks including but not limited to equipment startup and equipment maintenance
Inspect and evaluate condition of mechanical equipment in existing accounts and recommend
Corrective action: providing quotes as required
Implement repairs or revisions including design changes on outside projects; ensures installation and repairs are performed per local codes
Inspect and supervise maintenance, repairs, and construction activities, maintaining records and files as required.
Attend and participate in site meetings
Receive and complete work orders in accordance with departmental policies
Supervise and monitor the work of HVAC technicians ensuring adherence to the HTS Health & Safety policies
Works with HTS Safety Rep to ensure compliance with prescribed policies and review of non-compliance issues and challenges
Active teaming/partnering with our HTS Service Sales Staff, Equipment Sales Group, Parts/Aftermarket and Controls Service Team is fundamental to the role

Skills:
5+ years’ work experience in the HVAC Commercial Service industry.
Gas Technician 1 and 313A mechanic considered a strong asset
Knowledgeable in major industry equipment including York Carrier, Engineered Air and the HTS product Line.
Base knowledge of BAS Systems and Controls considered a strong asset
Experience estimating mechanical systems repairs and maintenance considered a strong asset
In addition, must have solid organizational and communication skills along with strong demonstration and presentation capabilities.
Must possess a valid Driver’s license in good standing.
Good computer skills with Microsoft Office and related software.
