We have a culture that encourages an entrepreneurial spirit We offer multiple opportunities for development and upward mobility Job Description Summary The role of Financial Data Analyst will work closely with the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis and the Finance team to analyze and interpret large datasets to aid in financial planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making. You will build dashboards, models, and visualizations as required. You will also complete other ad hoc priorities designed to further the business. What You’ll Do Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to drive business insights Analyze, interpret and report on financial and operating data for the business, which enhance management decision making. Conduct variance and trend analyses on the P&L and receivables book Carrying out high-level monthly financial analysis, to identify and report variances in actuals to budgeted Develops graphs, charts and timelines to clearly show data trends and forecasts Demonstrated ability to identify, articulate, document and improve financial and business processes. This position is to be customer service oriented with strong communication skills and interacts regularly with other FIRST Canada departments including business solutions, sales, and credit functions.
