Position: Program Advisor, Employee Recognition
Location: Downtown Toronto
Salary: $45 to $55 per hour depending on experience
Job Type: 6-month contract potential to extend
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days per week on-site)
Are you passionate about building programs that celebrate people and drive engagement? We're seeking a Program Advisor to lead the launch of a global recognition initiative for a dynamic and globally respected investment organization in downtown Toronto.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a signature program that reinforces a culture of appreciation across all levels of the organization. You'll partner with internal leaders and external vendors to design, implement, and sustain an enterprise-wide recognition platform that has a real impact on employees worldwide.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement a global recognition framework aligned with organizational values and leadership expectations.
- Lead end-to-end program delivery with internal teams and a third-party vendor.
- Develop communication, training, and change management resources to drive awareness and adoption.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure inclusivity, local relevance, and alignment with priorities.
- Monitor program impact using data, dashboards, and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in HR, Total Rewards, or Employee Engagement programs, with hands-on recognition program experience.
- Experience with third-party recognition platforms (e.g., Achievers, Workday, Kudos, Bonusly).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker who balances design creativity with operational excellence.
