The Personal Lines Lead Leads and manages team performance, compliance, and operational processes while fostering collaboration, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement to meet client, carrier, and organizational deliverables.” How You Will Contribute: Coach, train and counsel team member performance within the unit to include customizing development plans and performance reviews. Oversee department processes and procedures to ensure compliance, service timeline delivery and adherence to Program underwriting guidelines. Manage time and attendance of supporting teammates within the unit. Drive continuous improvement of deliverables through the recommendation, development and implementation of best practices. Responsible for handling any escalations and problem solving the team may require. Facilitate interactions between teammates, units, departments and groups. Track and manage service guarantees and compliance processes to complete client, carrier and vendor deliverables. Ensure data integrity of electronic client files. Ensure Quality Control processes are completed in accordance to brokerage guidelines. Promote teamwork within department and profit center through support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude. Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards. Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, technology and continuing education required for valid licensing. Attend internal and external meetings when needed. • All other duties as assigned Licenses and Certifications: RIBO in good standing Skills & Experience to be Successful: High School Diploma. 3+ years’ experience in the insurance industry. Proficient knowledge in EPIC and Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher.
