We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join us full time in office at our London, ON location. Although it is not a requirement, preference will be given to those who are fully bilingual English/French.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing incoming leads through phone and pardot by assigning to appropriate sales consultant.
Working with sales consultants on lead and quote pipeline management by ensuring efficiencies and suggesting improvement paths.
Training sales consultants on updates to processes and maintaining efficiencies through current Sales Operations tools (Salesforce, CPQ, virtual estimates, etc).
Participation with M&A onboarding related to understanding of current processes and suggested changes/improvements to align with GNI processes.
Analyze customer behaviour data and feedback to understand customer needs, motivations, and customer challenges as well as identifying areas for improvement, working with other functional support teams as required.
Data and feedback to understand customer needs, motivations, and pain points.
Training sales consultants and delivery teams on updates to processes and maintaining efficiencies through current Operations tools (Salesforce, CPQ, virtual estimates, etc).
Other duties as required.
