Deploy Windows 11 to plant floor pc’s and support in the event of any issues.

To install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.

To support and maintain end user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and training.

To ensure OPmobility IT & IM policies, instructions and guidelines are applied consistently and periodically (minimum once per year) reviewed.

Implementation of necessary measures to ensure the required IT security in line with Group’s Standards.

To maintain professionalism, good attitude and appropriate behavior with all customers (both internal: HBPO personnel and external: OEM’s and suppliers).
