Partner Marketing Specialist*
18 month contract
Position Overview: AllCloud is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Specialist to drive high-impact partner marketing initiatives. You will lead the planning and execution of customer and partner events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and has a proven track record in partner marketing within the technology ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen AllCloud’s presence with key technology partners like Salesforce and AWS while delivering experiences that drive engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
Own the planning, logistics, and execution of AllCloud customer and partner events, including trade shows, CXO roundtables, customer dinners, and partner activations.
Manage event timelines, budgets, invoice management, vendor relationships, and onsite logistics.
Own with pre-event and post-event communications — RSVP management, promotional content, event emails, and follow-up campaigns.
Help create and post social media across AllCloud accounts, including development of creative assets in Canva using templates
Maintain inventory of event materials, promotional items, and booth assets.
Track, measure, and report on event performance metrics, ROI, and key learnings.
Provide onsite support at major events, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
Work with sales to maintain proper event campaign tracking to ensure timely attribution
Manage post-event lead assignment and routing process with SDRs and sales to ensure smooth handoff and successful lead follow up.
Manage post event reporting including ROI
Responsible for the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) submissions and tracking
Requirements
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or related roles (B2B or tech industry experience preferred).
1 year of partner marketing experience working with technology partners such as AWS or Salesforce
Strong agency and vendor management experience is required
Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conflicting projects and deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with Pardot is required. Preferred experience in Salesforce and Wordpress.
Some travel to the US may be required.
