Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources Development, the Human Resources Coordinator (HR Coordinator) will help develop, implement, monitor and evaluate comprehensive training and human resources planning to provide technical guidance and policy advice to all divisions of the department in the areas of human resources development. The incumbent plays an integral part in the implementation and monitoring of the departmental Inuit Employment Plan. This position impacts on the efficient delivery of payroll services to all Divisions in the Department, by overseeing the processing of timesheets, shift premium and overtime claims.
