📍 Position: Sales Representative – Northern Alberta
Role:
WestGroupe, a leader in the optical industry, is looking for a Sales Representative to cover Northern Alberta. We are seeking a results-driven individual who can work independently to build and maintain strong customer relationships, open new accounts, and deliver outstanding after-sales service.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
Prospect and open new accounts
Present and sell the company’s eyewear collections
Attend trade and company events
Create action plans and achieve sales objectives
Conduct daily in-person client meetings
Perform other related duties as needed
Ideal candidate profile:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Independent and self-driven, but also a team player
Physically fit (able to carry sample bags up to 30 lbs)
Strong interpersonal skills
Professional and respectful attitude
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
Compensation:
100% commission-based plus car allowance, bonuses, and benefits.
Start date: January 5, 2026.
