The Nuna Group of Companies is now accepting resumes for Serviceperson (Fuel and Lube) with large earthworks construction/mining project experience. Nuna is the largest Inuit-owned heavy civil construction, earthworks, and mine construction contractor in Canada. 3 week on / 3 week off rotations; 12-hour days
Fly in Fly out
Competitive hourly rate with Overtime pay (1.5x),

This position is located on our project site located in Hope Bay Mine, Nunavut.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fueling and servicing of mobile equipment and stationary equipment including Excavator, Dozer, Loader, Grader, Rock Trucks etc.
Ensuring fuel and service schedules are adhered to
Daily inspections of equipment
Communication of deficiencies supervisors
Ensure all Client and Company Safety and Environmental policies are followed
Pre-start safety inspections
Assist with maintenance as required by maintenance staff
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Class 3 License with Airbrakes endorsement
Previous experience with similar position in heavy civil setting
Previous experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Good physical fitness as this position involves climbing up/down equipment frequently
