We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. An Administrator who is responsible for the overall management, leadership, compliance and success of the facility.
The success of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will involve the development of employee, community, and resident relationships, while providing services that exceed both state and federal guidelines. The overall success of the role will include a significant mastery of overall facility operations, regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical and fiscal outcomes.
