Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 1+ year of Service Desk or Technical Support experience in a 24/7 environment
3+ years in progressively advancing IT support roles (Jr → Intermediate)
Ability to work a four-on, four-off, 12-hour rotating shift
Ability to work fully on-site in a mission-critical environment
Experience supporting systems workflows, run books, or operational procedures
Ability to monitor and maintain infrastructure in real-time
Role Overview
The Support Specialist will monitor and maintain 24/7 operations across a critical facilities and data centre environment. This includes following run books, supporting infrastructure workflows, managing access control, resolving technical issues, and ensuring stable operations across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain daily data centre operations, infrastructure, and systems
Execute operational run books and workflows
Provide frontline troubleshooting and incident response
Manage access control to prevent disruptions
Support internal ticketing and documentation processes
Escalate issues according to established procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional support teams

Data centre operations experience (physical or logical)
Enterprise automation scheduling tools
Backup/migration workflows
Console operations, production control, or system monitoring
