Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their style and needs
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and merchandise in the store
Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's appearance
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping environment
Participate in inventory management and restocking activities
Provide product information and styling advice to customers
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
Passion for fashion and ability to stay current on trends
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise up to 25 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual skills (English/French) are a plus
