Job Description
Are you passionate about fashion and love helping others look their best? We're seeking a part-time Fashion Associate to join our team in Airdrie, Canada! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to share your fashion expertise while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences by offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations
Assist customers in finding the perfect outfits that match their style and preferences
Operate the cash register efficiently, processing sales and returns accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring proper product presentation
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and new merchandise arrivals
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction
Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create appealing product displays
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
Qualifications
Passion for fashion and ability to stay current on industry trends
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
Team-oriented mindset with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
