URGENT: Sales Support & Appointment Setting Assistant (inbound sales experience is required)

Description
Answer incoming calls from ad-generated leads in real time
Greet prospects professionally and confirm key information (name, number, email)
Verify understanding of the scheduled appointment and Google Meet instructions
Ensure leads are properly guided and prepared before sales calls
Confirm scheduled appointments and send reminders when needed
Update CRM or tracking sheets with correct call outcomes
Transfer live callers to the sales closer when applicable
Call back missed or dropped calls
Reconfirm appointments to reduce no-show rates
Maintain a friendly, reassuring, and helpful tone at all times
Use a US-based calling system (Twilio, RingCentral, CallRail, 8x8, etc.)
Work with Calendly or similar scheduling tools
Update notes, call logs, and statuses accurately
Hard Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years experience in:
Appointment setting
Outbound/inbound calling
Customer support or telemarketing
Excellent spoken English and confident phone communication
Comfortable speaking with US clients and answering questions calmly
Strong attention to detail and accurate data logging
Organized, reliable, and responsive during working hours
Schedule:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
9AM–6PM US Eastern Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
Weeks 1–6: $4 USD/hour
Weeks 6 onwards: $5 USD/hour
