Job Description Our Core Deposits Technology team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help oversee the delivery of large, complex initiatives that bring together a diverse set of tech stacks and teams. You will bring proven leadership skills, ability to guide and influence others, the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders at multiple levels and communicate updates to senior audiences. In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that sits at the core of everything that is done at the bank. Lead, plan and execute IT projects with a high level of complexity and uncertainty, ensuring timely, within-budget completion that is aligned to strategic business priorities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, testing teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication Manage and mitigate risks, issues, conflicts and remove barriers that may impact project delivery. Resolve minor project risks, issues and escalate them where appropriate. Oversee the development of project plans, resource allocation, and financials Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on timelines, budget and resourcing. Develop, manage and ensure adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Manage project communications including status reports to executives, stakeholders, business partners, vendors and project team. Establish strong working relationships across platform teams to build influence and impact with key business partners. Set up appropriate governance and oversight of all projects, ensuring project follow established Project Management standards. What do you need to succeed? Must have: 5+ years of combined Project Management and Scrum Master experience working on medium-to-high complexity initiatives. Extensive experience in managing technology and business projects with high degree of complexity, systems integration and organizational change management. Growth mindset, proactively seek out industry trends and organizational practices to explore alternative approaches and/or solutions Advanced project management knowledge including project plan development; scheduling capabilities; project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting; risk and issue management; cost/benefit analysis. Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing delivery within hybrid environments Ability to navigate through seasons of ambiguity and changing priorities Nice-to-have: Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses Knowledge of a broad spectrum of IT infrastructure, systems, and services, and a strong understanding of the financial services industry Internal Audit experience an asset PMP certification or equivalent (preferred) Familiarity with MURAL, Jira, Confluence, Helios Assist What’s in it for you?
