The Analyst/Sr. Analyst position will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the work of the Infrastructure team. Working directly with Sr. /Associate Portfolio Managers of the team, this position provides an opportunity for ambitious and intellectually curious individuals to join an established investment program. The Analyst/Sr. Analyst will work in a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities for mentorship and career development. As a Member of Our Team, You Will be Responsible For: Funds, Secondaries & Co-Investments Funds Underwriting, Due Diligence & Execution Assist in screening and conducting due diligence on infrastructure fund investments, secondaries and co-investments. Perform quantitative and qualitative research on infrastructure markets, GPs, and funds across sectors and geographies. Assisting with preparation of investment reports and presentation materials for senior executives / investment committee. Support fund secondary transactions, including secondary fund modeling, fund waterfall, analyzing underlying portfolio companies and valuation analysis Asset Management & Monitoring Monitor and evaluate fund performance, maintain dashboards, and prepare reporting as required. Assist with performance attribution, peer benchmarking, and portfolio analytics. Listed Infrastructure Assist with thematic and company-specific research and analysis on a broad range of topics across the listed infrastructure universe. Monitor market trends and assist with portfolio monitoring and analytics across the listed infrastructure portfolio. Supporting internal reporting requirements and ongoing strategy development and enhancements. Strategy & Portfolio Management Contribute to business planning and forecasting (e.g., pacing plans). Support reporting for board and client needs, including ad hoc and periodic analysis. Keep abreast of industry developments, conduct thematic research and help disseminate relevant information to the rest of the team. Perform other duties as assigned. What do you need to succeed? University degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related discipline. An advanced degree or professional designation such as CPA, CFA (or progress towards) is an asset. 2-4 years of prior work experience in private markets, investment banking, transaction services, investment management, strategic consulting or equivalent. Specific experience with Infrastructure Funds is an asset but not required. Demonstrable analytical capabilities, including strong quantitative/modeling skills. Ability to create/modify sophisticated financial models, fund waterfalls, analyze financial statements and financial forecasts, prepare valuation bridges, DCF, public comps and sensitivity/scenario analysis. Strong problem-solving, analytical and research skills. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a fast learner. Highly self-motivated and adaptable, with a proven ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and the capability to handle multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously. Strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; prior work-related or academic experience using Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or FactSet are viewed favorably.
