Job Description: Under the direction of the Director, HR Staff Services- Staff Scheduling, the Manager is accountable for planning, developing, coordinating and management of Staff Scheduling Services and Payroll Services for select units/sites within the SHA. The incumbent will utilize and innovative approach of continuous improvement, including collaboration and strategy development, to provide improved service to its clients- striving to support staffing needs in order to best serve Patient/Resident/Client outcomes. Utilizing continuous improvement management approach, this position will provide support and leadership to the scheduling and payroll processes. The Manager will foster a cooperative environment for scheduling activities, monitor and support adherence to collective agreements and develop and support procedures to ensure standardization and consistent application of scheduling of unionized employees.

Experience
Three (3) years leadership experience in the specific department/area/program
5 years experience in Payroll or Human Resources
Experience as a leader who has developed and led innovative planning

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
