Central Office (77 Bloor St. West) Toronto, Ontario Hybrid work environment About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Intern to join our team, with a focus on engaging customers across channels and marketing tactics. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across customer retention and engagement channels—including social media, email, loyalty, and client experiences. You’ll also learn how to report on results of channel initiatives for our brand partners. As part of the Marketing team, you will support the execution of content and campaigns, help streamline workflows, and contribute to projects that drive client inspiration and connection. From managing social calendars and learning to analyze campaign performance, to supporting loyalty initiatives and events, this internship provides a holistic view of how an integrated marketing team operates to build meaningful lasting relationships with customers. What You’ll Learn & Do In this internship, you will: Support the social team by managing calendars, organizing workflows, coordinating filming, and engaging directly with our community. Learn how to track and report on social media performance, building recap decks and campaign analyses that highlight results and insights. Gain exposure to content strategy, including editing support and monthly calendar planning across platforms. Collaborate with the email and CRM teams to contribute to calendar and initiative ideation and campaign execution. Assist in loyalty initiatives, including events, experiences, and vendor partnership programs. Support with brand partner (vendor) program post-reports, understanding and communicating performance of specific product marketing tactics Work cross-functionally with multiple departments, learning how social, email, content, campaigns and loyalty come together to create a cohesive customer experience.
