SUMMARY
The Podium Administrator performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties that support the needs of the Aircraft Maintenance Organization.
LOCATION
This is an on-site role located in Calgary, Alberta.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately maintain work orders in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Print and accurately maintain work orders and work order tallies.
Build and update work order parts and services requirements to accommodate tactical changes that may occur as the maintenance work progresses.
Create non-routine work orders based on the inputs and requirements of Production and Planning personnel.
Update Work Order completion status. Feed updates to the performance reporting mechanisms.
Set up new Part IDs in the ERP system as directed by Maintenance Planners and Production personnel.
After the work is performed by Production and verified by Quality, close, scan, and file hard copies of all work orders.
Perform work order audits to ensure that we have issued and received back all work orders that have been printed and released. On a monthly basis, publish trends of audit findings and maintain a Corrective Action log for responses to those findings.
Additional indirect accountabilities include in formatting and providing service to the Operations and Planning departments.
Perform Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFCATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Computer proficiency required, particularly with MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interpret documents and apply standards to complete assignments in a fast-changing environment
Proven track record of being a self-starter
ERP experience in IFS will be considered an asset
Experience in an Aviation, Aerospace or Manufacturing environment will be considered an asset
