Intern, HRIS Analyst
This is a full-time summer internship lasting from May 11, 2026, until August 28, 2026.
Job Summary
The Intern, HRIS Analyst will assist with activities related to the migration from Cornerstone to SAP SuccessFactors, as well as contribute to other activities delegated to by the HRIS Manager. The Intern will gain exposure to large-scale HRIS migration, practical experience in enterprise software implementation, and insight into HR operations and digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities
Participate in testing and validation of system configurations and data integrity.
Provide support to HR teams through demos, training sessions, and documentation.
Maintain system integrity by assisting with user roles, group management, and security settings.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure system stability.
Conduct post-implementation audits and analysis to ensure governance and compliance.
Requirements
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow are an asset.

Education
Currently enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Collaborative teamwork under pressure or tight deadlines
