You will work directly with business leaders across Collections and Risk to compile, analyze, and report data, providing critical insights into trends, performance evaluation, and the fluctuation of monthly collections numbers. Your insights will directly influence collections strategy, ensuring that we optimize recovery rates while minimizing losses. You will lead a team responsible for compiling and analyzing collections data, offering actionable insights to optimize collections processes. You will also evaluate and assess the effectiveness of multiple collections initiatives, including champion-challenger campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision-making that improves overall collections performance. The role involves providing ongoing performance evaluations for various initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvements based on analytical findings. You will independently analyze data, spot inconsistencies, and ensure that reporting meets the highest standards before submission. You will mentor and guide your team of analysts, ensuring that insights are not only accurate but also aligned with business goals. Effective Communicator – Translate complex collections data into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will deliver meaningful performance evaluations and make strategic recommendations that are easily understood and can be actioned effectively by various teams. Who you are Analytics Expertise – You have experience with analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms. You are proficient in data analysis, data modeling, and the ability to analyze collections-specific data to spot trends and anomalies that inform decision-making. Collections Experience – Your deep understanding of collections processes (early-stage, mid-stage, late-stage, and dialer collections) is essential to providing meaningful insights. You can leverage this expertise to help translate complex collections data into actionable business strategies. Detail-Oriented – You enjoy using complex data to identify patterns and trends that drive decision-making. You focus on the details and ensure that the data you provide is not only accurate but also impactful in driving improvements.
