Recipe Unlimited and Montana's is hiring an Assistant Brand Manager!
Montana’s is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favourites fresh off the grill. We’re looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.
What you will do in this role
Email Marketing Leadership: Plan emails for the year, work with Montana’s brand designer and CRM team to create visual emails, report on results, and optimize strategy.
Social Media: Management of social media pages: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter,Threads, inclusive of creating posts, reporting on results.
Lead Franchisee Ambassador Program: Teaching Franchisees/Store Leaders how to manage and execute their social accounts through newsletters, seminars etc.
Manage Digital Paid Ads: with agency work on strategy and execution for full-year plans
Influencers: help execute influencer social media programs: contracting, creative, reporting
Local Restaurant Marketing Management: Develop assets and provide guidance to Franchisees to execute local marketing programs in their community. Coordinate their requests and help with execution to build and drive guest traffic.
Event Planning: Lead brand events planning & logistics
Manage Yext Platform (Store listings, hours of operation, etc)
Lead website development/evolution & updates
Point person for Guest Experience ticket responses
Execute our 3-year marketing calendar and planning, working with the Head of Marketing and, cross-functional teammates, and external agencies
Execute all brand pricing changes with support from other members of the Marketing Team and assist with print versions and distributions.
Lead our best-in-class kids programming with oversight from the Head of Marketing
Lead invoicing and daily budget management in support of the Head of Marketing
Stay up to date on restaurant marketing trends, food news, and best-practices, and frameworks used to drive sales, guest traffic, and franchisee profitability
What we are looking from you:
University Degree, BBA, BCom preferred
Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience
Minimum 2 years in a role with cross-functional project or program management experience
Strong ability to organize, plan, and prioritize
Social media understanding and ability to create content
Passion for leadership, including inspiring project teams and stakeholders towards a common goal
A positive team player who is ready to roll up their sleeves and lend a helping hand
Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation) in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills, can mine data for actionable insights
Bonus points for experience in food, beverage, restaurant, or foodservice industry
