To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What You’ll Be Doing The Director, Retail Frontline Performance Measurement & Reporting will manage a team of approximately 10 full-time employees and contingent workers, and will be accountable for the centralized management of data and business intelligence application services supporting the Retail Frontline Performance Management portfolio in Finance. How You’ll Succeed Data Operations – Oversee the operations of production applications and processes including, but not limited to, SLA and incident management, creation of operational dashboards, and ensuring the quality and integrity of data for downstream consumption. The role will also be responsible for managing relationships with business partners and infrastructure groups to ensure seamless delivery of commitments. Business Demand Management – Lead the team in the assessment, development and implementation of new projects and initiatives that support the Retail Frontline Performance Management business in achieving their strategic and financial objectives. Innovation - Innovation and modernization of data, BI and analytics tools and processes that are in line with the strategic objectives of Finance Transformation.
