Job Description
This role helps shape the next generation of Genome—Klick’s platform for operational intelligence, decision support, and organizational awareness. Working closely with product, engineering, AI specialists, and business partners, this role builds modern, scalable capabilities that connect people, context, and work in meaningful ways. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of AI, full-stack engineering, and platform architecture.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the design and development of AI-enabled features across Genome’s full stack
• Architect scalable, modular systems that support high-volume usage and rapid iteration
• Evaluate emerging technologies to identify high-impact opportunities
• Build rapid prototypes and convert them into reliable, production-ready capabilities
• Collaborate with product and business partners to translate complex requirements into clear execution plans
Qualifications
Required:
• Experience designing and implementing high-scale or high-interaction systems
• Full-stack development experience, including front-end, APIs, and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of databases, services, and enterprise architecture patterns
• Direct experience integrating AI or LLM-based capabilities into real products
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and align solutions with business needs
• Proficiency with Python and at least one additional language (e.g., TypeScript, Java, or C#)
Desired:
• 5+ years of development experience, including architecture or technical leadership
• Experience using AI coding assistants to increase speed and maintain code quality
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or GCP
• Background in AI-driven systems or generative AI applications
• Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn emerging technologies, and support team alignment
