We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Sr Program Delivery Manager (Digital) to lead the delivery of programs and initiatives that advance OLG’s safer gambling strategic objectives for the digital line of business. This role champions safer play in OLG’s digital space through innovative programs that reduce risk, empower informed choices, and promote player well-being. . YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Director Program Development & Delivery , you will be empowered to: Lead delivery of the safer gambling roadmap for the digital line of business and ensure achievement of strategic initiative KPIs and annual OKRs. Champion a culture of safer gambling by ensuring optimal in-platform access to safer gambling content, campaigns and play management tools through effective digital placement, promotion, and CX mapping. Development of digital promotions, messaging and VIP program supports for promotion of safer gambling tool usage throughout the digital player journey. Develop business cases, define program requirements for technology solutions, and advise on new digital initiatives using insights from industry research, program performance, and player analysis. Share lessons learned with the broader safer gambling program team to inform and support the advancement of their roadmaps in other lines of business and critical safer gambling functions. Support the digital line of business in implementing safer gambling training initiatives by ensuring alignment with policy standards, providing guidance on integration into workflows, and enabling employees to apply training effectively to create safer gambling experiences. Identify roles requiring specialized training and deliver supplemental content to enable these employees to fulfill their responsibilities. Act as the primary liaison for digital to secure policy support and research insights that inform technology solutions and operational improvements. Partner with digital product owners and IT squads to embed safer gambling features, messaging and controls into the digital player experience. Support implementation of major technology initiatives, such as the iGaming Ontario centralized self-exclusion program, and leverage insights from OLG’s MyPlayBreak program to expand solutions across multiple lines of business. Represent OLG in industry forums, conferences, and panels, collaborating with government, regulators, and research partners to advance safer gambling culture and practices. Serve as the subject matter expert and risk response owner for non-compliance issues identified through player monitoring, compliance checks, audits, or automated risk controls. Assess risks quickly, implement action plans, and advance risk management practices by improving player risk identification, assessment, monitoring, controls, and interventions across the digital experience. WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY Work Experience: Experience in program delivery and education, product management, within digital platforms or highly regulated environments. | Experience in public sector gaming, with exposure to responsible / safer gambling principles, is considered an asset. | Proven ability to deliver measurable program impacts in a complex, multi-stakeholder matrix organization. | Familiarity in risk assessment methodologies, compliance issue resolution, and governance frameworks. | Experience program delivery and marketing, including role-specific learning for diverse teams. | Familiarity with technology-enabled solutions and digital product development processes. | Exposure to industry engagement, including conferences, panels, and collaboration with external partners.
