The Bemac Collision Group has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in a well-established, progressively growing group of companies. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for securing revenue by verifying payment, scheduling and maintaining customer satisfaction through out the repair process.

Reports to The Shop Manager
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintains records by filming invoices, debits, and credits.
Have customers sign authorization forms, verify contact information, and collect keys upon vehicle drop off.
Accept payments from customers regarding customer pay and deductibles.
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Primary phone receiver, should be answering 90% of incoming calls.
Document and Complete paperwork for all customers dropping off and picking up vehicles.
Book Rentals for Customers.
Schedule clients for repairs and prepare and file white folders.
Notify customers when the vehicle is ready for pickup.
Schedule customers in for estimates as required.
Contact the customer when the assignment is received.
Arrange final tow to the shop when required.
Assist in keeping reception tidy
Proficient data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Experience with operating spreadsheets
Proficiency in English/French and in MS Office (Primarily word and excel)
