The Learning & Development Consultant will function as a strategic partner in our Learning & Development team, leading the design and delivery of high-impact learning experiences. This role is responsible for end-to-end learning — from assessing needs, architecting solutions, designing content (e‑learning, video, ILT), facilitating sessions, to measuring impact. The Learning & Development Consultant will collaborate closely with business leaders, SMEs, and L&D stakeholders to drive performance and development through learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, define program objectives, and recommend learning solutions. Design, develop, and implement learning programs, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, virtual sessions, and blended learning solutions. Create training materials, facilitator guides, participant guides, and evaluation tools to support program delivery. Facilitate or co-facilitate learning sessions when required, ensuring content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with organizational standards. Measure program effectiveness using evaluations, feedback, and learning metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning programs with organizational priorities. Stay current on best practices, emerging trends, and tools in learning design and delivery. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong consulting skills with the ability to assess needs and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools. Analytical skills to interpret learning data and recommend improvements. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. 5+ years of experience in learning and development / instructional design / learning consulting. Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE). Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, video tools, etc.). Ability to design and deliver learning in multiple modalities. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. Working Conditions: Standard office environment with flexibility for hybrid/remote work.
