Salary: $115,000 - $155,000 per year
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday

As we continue to expand in Western Canada, we’re seeking a Multidiscipline Sales Manager with a strong background in commercial-level roofing, cladding and glazing to support and grow our British Columbia operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to mobilize stakeholders, and is energized by driving revenue in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
Drive strategic sales growth across all commercial service lines, including roofing, glazing and cladding scopes for mid to large-scale industrial, institutional and commercial construction projects.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with general contractors, developers, construction managers, architects and large property groups, ensuring a strong presence on commercial bid lists.
Manage the full commercial sales cycle from lead generation and pre-construction engagement to proposal submission and client onboarding.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring best-in-class service delivery and representing Bothwell-Accurate as a trusted partner on complex commercial builds.
Lead, coach and develop the sales team by setting performance expectations, delivering ongoing training and supporting recruitment for the Western Region.
Oversee and collaborate with the estimating department on detailed pricing for commercial roofing, façade and glazing projects, ensuring accuracy in takeoffs, scopes and bid packages.
Conduct market analysis specific to the commercial construction sector, monitoring competitor activities, tendering trends and upcoming development cycles.
Partner closely with operations, project management and site teams to ensure seamless project transitions, alignment of deliverables and high client satisfaction across all commercial engagements.
What You Bring to the Team
A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering or a related field is considered an asset.
A minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience in the construction industry.
Experience in at least two of the following disciplines is required roofing, glazing or cladding.
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, glazing assemblies, cladding façades and general construction methods.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and negotiating contracts or service agreements.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and engage effectively with diverse external stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and drive results in a dynamic environment.
