Team Supervisor/Cleaner
Compensation: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month (where applicable)
Location:
POSITION SCOPE: Drives revenue through high customer retention, focusing on training and ensuring high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Train and work with in-house cleaners
Conduct regular quality assurance visits with customers
Performs other related tasks and activities as assigned
PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
Customer service desired
Sales training
Training
Coaching
Cleaning experience required
JOB QUALIFICATION
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Valid Social Security Card
Physically and mentally capable of performing Quality Assurance Manager duties
Bi-lingual (where applicable)
Must be bondable
Cooperate with office staff
Perform duties according to the company Brand system
Act in best interest of Company Brand
Detail orientated
Service oriented
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to Multi-Task
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to function in high-pressure situation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability
