The Integrated Marketing team serves as the strategic hub, translating business objectives into cohesive, full-funnel marketing plans that integrate all channels and creative touchpoints. The team partners closely across Growth, Brand, Retention, Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, and Analytics to build holistic marketing strategies that drive both audience and LOB growth.
About the Role
The Sr. Associate, Integrated Marketing - DashPass & Cx Occasions plays a key role in executing integrated business and marketing strategies for DashPass across Strategic Partnerships, and Cx Occasions. You will own DashPass integrations within Cx Occasions campaigns and support the development and execution of all DashPass Growth and Habituation marketing levers across business, channel, creative, and cross-functional partners.
You will also lead the execution of DashPass integrations within partner channels, drive cross-functional collaboration, maintain robust documentation, and provide clear and consistent project updates. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing – DashPass, Cx Occasions & Sports.

Execute integrated marketing strategies that support DashPass Growth, Habituation, and Strategic Partnership priorities
Own DashPass integration within Cx Occasions campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling and seamless channel activation
Translate business goals and consumer insights into actionable briefs and cross-functional workflows
Partner closely with Channel teams (S&O, Performance, CRM, Partnerships) to find ways to deliver more value for our DashPass subscribers
Support development of integrated campaign calendars, trackers, and cross-functional project plans
Collaborate with partner-channel teams to activate DashPass integrations and ensure consistent execution across touchpoints
Maintain thorough documentation, reporting frameworks, and regular updates to stakeholders
Analyze performance data and partner with Analytics and S&O to uncover insights that inform optimization and future campaign planning
Build strong cross-functional relationships across Business, Strategy & Ops, Product, Creative, Finance, and Analytics

4+ years of marketing experience across performance, brand, integrated marketing, or marketing operations
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills, including experience building campaign calendars and trackers
Proven ability to coordinate and execute in a fast-paced environment with a strong bias toward action
Ability to synthesize data, inform data-driven decisions, and balance quantitative rigor with intuition
Strong Google Sheets capabilities and foundational SQL knowledge
Experience with Figma, Braze, Mode, Snowflake, and Salesforce
A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving ambiguous problems
A collaborative, team-first approach with an eagerness to learn and share knowledge
High attention to detail, operational excellence, and comfort working on complex, cross-functional projects
A data-oriented and analytical mindset, with excitement for uncovering insights
Bilingual French & English (nice to have)
Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
