VEGA is excited to announce a new Team Lead opportunity within our evolving Ideal Sales Structure. This role is an integral part of our strategy to maximize customer engagement and support the professional growth of our sales teams.
What You’ll Do
As a Team Lead, you’ll dedicate 50% of your time to leading your team and 50% to direct customer interactions and sales responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Leadership and Team Management (50%)
Organizing and optimizing work processes to ensure team efficiency.
Communicating goals and providing strategic direction to team members.
Leading by example during customer visits, sales calls, and strategic planning.
Delegating tasks effectively and ensuring resource management for project success.
Solving problems, monitoring team progress, and reporting to key stakeholders.
Mentoring and motivating team members to enhance skills, promote strengths, and address improvement areas.
Advocating for team needs and aligning their objectives with organizational goals.
Sales and Customer Engagement (50%)
Supporting quotations and providing technical expertise.
Assisting Outside Sales with customer visit strategies and accompanying sales visits.
Driving the company’s sales vision and contributing to its overall success.
Acting as a point of contact for high value opportunities (HOV supporter).
Preparing for and participating in the 2025 Team Competition, which will focus on customer acquisition and engagement.
