This role combines data governance expertise with business analysis capabilities, requiring you to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate operational needs into effective data solutions. You will work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and legacy Infor ERP systems, implement policies, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and usability. This position is ideal for a technically savvy professional eager to apply data management and business analysis principles in a dynamic, international environment.

Collaborate with D365 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Infor specialists, and solutions architects to gather business requirements, map data processes, and to ensure data accuracy and seamless integration.
Data Rule Enforcement and Auditing: Enforce governance rules across data domains (e.g., product formulations, logistics, customer segmentation, sales pipelines). Conduct audits to verify compliance, identify gaps, and improve data reliability.

Compliance and Ownership: Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations. Perform audits to enforce rules across inventory, production, sales, and marketing domains, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Technical Contributions: Utilize tools like Microsoft Purview, STAEDEAN or SQL to manage metadata and track data lineage across D365 and Infor systems. Support integration with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI) to deliver and to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
Policy and Quality Implementation: Implement policies, stewardship practices, and quality controls to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across datasets: supply chain records, customer data, production, vendors, and forecasts. Perform quality validation and standardize data structures for D365 based on analyzed business requirements.
Master Data and Security Management: Oversee master data processes, standardizing data for products, suppliers, customers, and marketing across D365 and Infor ERP systems to ensure consistency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data governance, business analysis, or related roles, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, sales, or marketing.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) data migration, DMF files preparation, STAEDEAN or legacy Infor ERP systems is a plus.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
Data Governance Knowledge: Proficiency in the DAMA-DMBOK framework, with expertise in implementing policies, stewardship, quality controls, and metadata management to ensure consistent, reliable data across manufacturing, sales, and marketing domains.
Technical Proficiency: Data cataloging software (e.g., Microsoft Purview), business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). Familiarity with D365 DMF processes, Infor ERP systems, data modeling for standardized schemas.
Business Analysis: Competence in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management to translate business needs into data governance and compliance solutions. Ability to document workflows align data strategies with business goals.
Compliance and Auditing: Understanding compliance requirements and ability to conduct audits across data domains.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication to engage business units (e.g., sales, marketing, manufacturing) and collaborate with Regulatory and IT teams on governance, compliance, and business analysis strategies, fostering a collaborative approach.
Analytical Abilities: Competence in data analysis using tools like Excel, or Power BI to resolve governance issues, develop dashboards for marketing, sales, and legacy ERP data, and support business decision-making with a focus on quality and business intelligence.
Certifications: Preferred: Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or similar, demonstrating mastery of data management and business analysis principles.
If your expertise in data governance, business analysis, and technical skills align with this role, we encourage you to apply.
