Job Description What is the opportunity? As a Manager, AI Product, you will get a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise impact. In this role, you will help drive the Digital & Personal Distribution strategic objectives of improving client experience and driving greater sales power by reducing simple workload through innovative and emerging technologies. You will play a critical role in supporting and delivering the overall AI strategy through a broad range of strategic and executional activities including roadmap and backlog development, business casing, and research. Support, build and refine the overall AI strategy for Digital & Personal Distribution through a broad range of activities including roadmap development, business casing, research and more. Work closely with research & design teams gather insights and feedback from our internal stakeholders (AC & Regional Banking leaders, advisors and other RBC employees) to identify new AI opportunities, new capabilities and integration points. Perform comprehensive strategic review and analyses to gather insights and feedback on product benefits, user pain points, and key trends to support both the current and future state roadmaps. Maintain a competitive advantage through researching business and technology trends across industries, and communicating competitive benchmarking and industry insights to various audiences. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving efficiency and effectiveness. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or related fields Strong written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong organizational, project management and time management skills. Intellectual curiosity, robust problem solving, and strong data analysis skills Demonstrated ability in using MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word Comfortable working in ambiguous situations Nice-to-have Experience with new/emerging businesses and digital business models Knowledge of Contact Centre Technologies Experience in digital, technology, risk management, channel analysis and/or product management Generative AI knowledge / experience MBA or equivalent degree What’s in it for you?
