Job Purpose
The ReStore Marketing Coordinator supports the growth and visibility of Habitat GTA’s ReStores by developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive traffic, sales, and community engagement. This role enhances brand consistency across digital and in-store channels, supports promotional campaigns, and ensures timely communication of sales, partnerships, and events. By strengthening ReStore marketing capacity, the position contributes directly to revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Job Duties
Plan, implement, and manage ReStore marketing campaigns, both digital and instore.
Create engaging marketing materials, including social media content (Instagram, Meta/Facebook, TikTok), email newsletters, website graphics, in-store signage, flyers, and promotional assets.
Coordinate and execute in-store events, including sales promotions, workshops, and community initiatives.
Plan and manage ambassador or influencer events to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with store teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
Identify opportunities for marketing efficiencies and cost savings.
Summary of Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or eCommerce.
Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, email, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, social media platforms).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
