YOUR ROLE:
Your responsibilities will include:
Contribute to the implementation of business development strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen customer loyalty in the Quebec market;
Actively participate in the creation, writing, editing, and optimization of service proposals and other marketing and communication materials, including social media content;
Enhance brand visibility and presence by coordinating various projects and sponsorships;
Support customer retention in the region through social and marketing events;
Assist management in researching new marketing and business development strategies and tools aligned with global marketing objectives.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business, Communications, or any related field;
Solid experience in a similar role within professional services (such as law firms or accounting firms);
Experience in drafting service proposals;
Excellent ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and to create strategic messages;
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contact management tools is considered an asset;
Analytical mindset and ability to manage priorities effectively;
Autonomy and strong organizational skills;
Collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
