About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, autonomous and well-rounded HR Coordinator to join our team and support a wide range of HR functions. This role is ideal for a professional with 4 - 6 years of experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute in building a strong and positive company culture and supporting the day-to-day HR operations. This position reports to the Senior Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy updates and offboarding
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate HR guidance for Payroll and Benefits inquiries
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with compliance requirements, documentation, and reporting
Partner with managers on employee relations matters and help implement effective HR solutions
Contribute to process improvements and support broader HR projects as needed
Manage our office spaces by maintaining the office administrative duties
Lead the coordination of company social events
Qualifications
4 - 6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment standards/laws, and HR processes
Excellent communication skills (FR & ENG) and ability to build strong working relationships
High level of autonomy, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Rippling HRIS system and Google Workspace, is a plus
This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office
