Strong written / verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
A proactive, relationship-focused approach to human resources.
Demonstrated self-reliance and the ability to independently manage tasks, exhibiting resilience and adaptability when faced with ambiguity, with strong problem-solving skills. You thrive in environments where priorities or processes are not fully defined.
