PROFILE
Reporting to the Office Services Supervisor, the Office Services Clerk will be responsible for supporting Firm Office Services including document assembly, reception coverage, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries. The successful candidate is organized, detail-orientated, and dedicated to excellent external and internal client service.
This role will work from 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday each week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to all areas within Office Services including but not limited to photocopying and document assembly, mail distribution, sanitization, and courier desk;
- Assist with office moves and provide general maintenance duties as required;
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely response to requests, and excellent internal and external client service;
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A High School Diploma is required;
- Administrative or Office Services experience in a professional services environment is preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills;
- Strong attention to detail with preference given for demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong commitment to professionalism, and taking care of client and firm needs in a courteous manner;
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently, and in a team environment;
- Ability to handle a varied and demanding workload with experience prioritizing and organizing workflow for efficiency;
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs and assist with movement of materials throughout the Firm on an ongoing basis.
