What You’ll Do:
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and provide clear service estimates.
- Ensure seamless communication between customers and the service team.
- Process warranty claims and follow up on service work to ensure customer satisfaction.
Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries, ensuring they get the right parts efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and process orders for service technicians.
- Provide clear and precise quotes for parts, promoting transparency and trust.
- Manage returns, issue credits, and handle emergency orders for out-of-stock items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role (motorsports industry preferred but not required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with basic mechanical and warranty knowledge.
- Proficiency in dealership computer systems (an asset).
- Valid AB Driver’s License required.
