Job Description
Develop, implement, and manage content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and other emerging platforms.
Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, posts) for our various platforms.
Interact with customers through comments, messages, and community discussions to build relationships and foster trust.
Utilize artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to produce creative campaigns and optimized advertising copy.
Identify relevant groups, communities, and platforms to share content, increase engagement, and grow brand presence.
Manage Google My Business pages, including regularly publishing content for SEO purposes.
Ensure the consistency and accuracy of business information across various directories (Google, Bing, Apple Maps, etc.).
Support initiatives to increase brand visibility, educate customers about the automotive recycling center, and drive foot traffic to the store.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, propose creative ideas, and contribute to the implementation of community-focused initiatives.
Monitor online sentiment, gather customer feedback, and share insights with internal teams.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, digital media, or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience or internship in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
Fluent in both French and English with excellent writing and communication skills.
Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and emerging social media platforms.
Knowledge of WordPress and video content creation is an asset.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
