What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Multimedia Content Creator to join our Marketing Team and help us create high quality video and photos, graphic content, write copy, and publish across our social and digital channels, supporting marketing with fast, consistent, on-brand execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative problem solving, taking ownership of projects, adapting quickly, cross-functional collaboration, and wants to take a hands-on role in producing standout content, owning creative execution, and elevating our brand presence.
This role is available to candidates who are eligible to work in Canada in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week in our Downtown Toronto office.
What You’ll Do
Create high-quality video, photo, and graphic content for social, digital, and marketing campaigns.
Film and produce in-office content with team members across departments.
Capture off-site content, including customer visits, partner shoots, and field footage when required.
Ability to travel to events, conferences, and speaking engagements to create real-time and post-event content.
Edit and produce short-form and long-form media including reels, shorts, clips, ads, product demos, and customer stories.
Turn ideas, raw footage, and briefs into polished, ready-to-publish assets.
Publish and optimize content across social and digital channels, ensuring consistent formatting, captions, thumbnails, and branding.
Support key marketing initiatives like webinars, ads, feature launches, partner content, and customer proof.
Provide strong creative support by handling design work and writing clear, effective copy when needed to keep projects moving quickly.
Maintain fast, consistent execution by managing your own creative pipeline and meeting deadlines.
What You’ll Bring
2-4 years of experience creating video, photo, and graphic content (previous work experience or school projects).
1-2 years of experience producing and publishing content across social and digital channels, including supporting design and copy.
Strong skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar editing and design software.
Ability to shoot and edit high-quality footage using mobile, DSLR, lighting, and audio equipment.
A strong creative instinct with an understanding of composition, pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency.
Ability to take direction well and adapt creative work to match the company’s vision and priorities.
Clear and direct communication skills with the ability to share ideas and updates in an efficient and easy-to-follow manner.
Nice to Haves
Experience creating content for tech, fintech, SaaS.
Experience working in a startup environment.
Familiarity with tools like After Effects, Figma, Webflow, or basic motion graphics workflows.
Experience working with brand guidelines and applying them consistently across video, photo, and graphic content.
Passion for staying updated on social trends, short-form formats, and content best practices.

The total compensation range for this role is $50K-$60K CAD, plus equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, education/training.
