Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements. Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft D365 F&O to enhance business processes while resolving complex situations and handling operational escalations. Participate in each phase of full-cycle Microsoft D365 F&O implementations and organize working sessions with different stakeholders and team members. Provide user training and documentation on specific solutions to ensure effective use of systems. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure effective implementation and integration with other systems. Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Microsoft D365 F&O ERP system. Experience with Electronic Reporting (ER) framework, and intercompany accounting setup Bachelor's degree in computer science or accounting and or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, or equivalent. Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations -Finance module Proven ability to identify and formalize business needs, convert them into instances of use, user case histories and/or test cases. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an asset.
