accelerating innovation across the legal technology domain at a faster pace than
ever before. We are seeking a Product Analyst or Product Manager, CoCounsel
Transactional Strategy to provide deep, data-driven insights that inform the
growth strategy and execution for Practical Law and other assets within the
CoCounsel Transactional product suite. This role offers an exciting opportunity
to understand the value of our AI-enabled experiences and translate that into
actionable strategic and tactical recommendations, directly shaping the success
and maximizing the growth and reach of the Thomson Reuters Legal portfolio.
About the Role In this opportunity as Product Manager (Practical Law and
CoCounsel Transactional Strategy), you will: Analyse customer usage and
behavior, and understand customer value at a granular level, with a particular
focus on interactions with AI-enabled features within the Practical Law and
CoCounsel Legal experiences. Develop data-backed hypotheses about new GTM
initiatives and product developments that will accelerate sales and revenue
growth. Collaborate across multiple functions (including Product, Marketing, and
Sales) to build support for initiatives and ensure successful execution,
operating as an influential individual contributor. Understand fundamental
product architecture and Go-To-Market (GTM) technology and advise the team on
product setup, portfolio simplification, and related tactical items to optimize
the user experience and sales success. Contribute to strategic reviews of
pricing models, packaging strategies, and GTM initiatives with data-driven
insights. About You You’re a fit for the role of Product Manager (Practical Law
and CoCounsel Transactional Strategy) if you have the following required
qualifications: Relevant experience (for example, in Product Management, Product
Marketing, Go-To-Market, or related domains). Proven ability to conduct
analytical work, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. A
strong interest in legal technology, generative AI, and their application to
lawyer workflows. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all
levels. A strategic thinker with the ability to balance analytical rigor with
commercial objectives. An accountable self-starter who can work independently
and effectively in a matrix. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment. Additional preferred qualifications include: Knowledge of the
practice of law, the legal services domain, and/or legal technology is an
advantage. Expertise with product analytics and customer intelligence tools

upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base
compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations,
unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $88,200 USD
- $163,800 USD. For Ontario, Canada, the base compensation range for this role
is $90,000 CAD - $140,000 CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on
several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with
consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive
Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and
other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus
