Reporting to the Staffing Supervisor, the Staffing Officer performs a supporting role in the staffing unit by planning, preparing and delivering recruitment and staffing services for all positions located in Iqaluit to ensure the GN has a qualified and increasing representative public service. Working collaboratively with the Staffing Supervisor and the Staffing Consultants, the Staffing Officer will provide the staffing unit with front-end support on competitive staffing services for client departments.
